Pham Development was founded in Sarasota in 2019 on one conviction: waterfront on Florida’s Gulf Coast is finite, and what is built on it should be worthy of the ground.
We work at the scale of estates: deep-water and bayfront sites, architecture shaped around the Gulf light, and a standard of finish meant to hold its value long after the keys change hands.
